Payment and Shipping

PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.  No checks or money orders are accepted.

We practice a 3 business day grace period on all orders received before shipping them out.  The grace period allows PayPal and other methods of payment to have sufficient time on the transaction verification process.

Our Sunglasses are strictly made for fashion and daily wear.

Returns & Refunds

 

We offer a 7 day policy.  In the event that returns need to be made, all returns must be done within 8 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued.  Shipping charges that occur due to glasses being returned will be at the buyers expense.  All glasses should be returned in original packing.

**Also once the order is made it cannot be cancelled.  A restocking fee of 25% of the ordered value will be charged upon order cancellation.

​Warranty

 

FIFshades offers a limited warranty for 32 day from the date of purchase of your eyewear.  This warranty covers any manufacturer defect of the shades you purchased.  This warranty excludes any damages caused by wear and tear.

We are currently targeting select boutiques and independent retailers in the United States.  Our collection will provide a complete retail solution for those looking to take on some or all of our collection.  Retailers can expect to receive advertisement on our website and social media channels.  In addition to advertisement, we will offer different wholesale options.
